22L TRAIL RUNNING BACKPACK
Carry layers, hydration and trail essentials in a 22-litre roll-top backpack weighing approximately 375 g. The flexible opening adjusts to the load, while separate pockets keep frequently used items accessible.
Breathable mesh shoulder straps, adjustable chest fastening and a removable waist belt personalise the carry. Fold the empty backpack down into a compact pouch between outings.

Details & fit
One size with adjustable shoulder straps and two chest straps. A soft back construction and breathable mesh shoulder panels support a close fit. The waist belt can be removed via its hook-and-loop fastening.
Illustrated back height: approximately 45 cm; width: 21.5 cm; depth: 13.5 cm. With the roll-top fully extended, overall height is approximately 63 cm. Roll the opening down to suit the contents.
Approximate packed dimensions: 15 × 11.5 × 9.5 cm. The detachable waist belt is illustrated as 83 cm long and 2 cm wide; this is belt length, not a recommended body circumference. Shoulder storage is illustrated at 22 × 9.5 cm, the side pocket at 21 × 13 cm and the front pocket at 33 × 25.5 cm.
Materials & care
Nylon outer fabric with polyester mesh; the specification image also lists 210D polyester fabric. The nylon surface is shown with a water-repellent finish to shed splashes.
Storage & hydration
“Backpack Only” includes the backpack alone. The soft flask bundle adds two 500 ml soft flasks. A hydration reservoir is not listed as included in these options.
The main compartment includes a separate space compatible with a 1.5–2 L reservoir, with a shoulder outlet for the drinking tube. Front shoulder pockets hold bottles or small essentials; a long zippered shoulder pocket keeps smaller items contained.
A separate front zippered compartment and two side mesh pockets organise snacks, bottles and other gear. Exterior retention points can carry equipment such as trekking poles. The pack folds down for compact storage when empty.
The roll-top opening offers several closure heights. Roll and fasten it to reduce excess space as your load changes.
