12 RUN HYDRATION PACK
Carry 12 litres of essentials for running, cycling and day hikes. Accessible front and waist storage keep water, nutrition and smaller items close, with rear space for extra kit.
Breathable mesh across the back and shoulder straps supports airflow. Adjustable chest and waist fastening helps keep the pack balanced, while soft shoulder edges support comfort on longer outings.
Details & fit
One size with adjustable shoulder, chest and waist straps. Illustrated dimensions: approximately 43 × 22 × 20 cm (height × width × depth), equivalent to 16.92 × 8.66 × 7.87 inches.
A contoured back, 3D double-sided mesh and a honeycomb mesh back panel support airflow. Soft shoulder strap edges help reduce rubbing; adjustable fastening helps reduce load movement and personalise the fit.
Reflective trim catches surrounding light. Trekking pole carriers on both sides and a helmet organiser provide external carry options for running, marathons, cycling, hikes, skiing, climbing and training.
Materials & care
Nylon and polyester fibre construction with an abrasion-resistant outer fabric and water-repellent coating.
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry or iron. Air dry in the shade.
Storage & hydration
“Backpack Only” includes the pack alone. The water bladder option includes a 2 L reservoir. The reservoir and bottles option also includes two 250 ml water bottles.
The listed reservoir and bottles use BPA-free, food-grade materials. The reservoir opening accommodates water and ice for refilling and cleaning. The listed reservoir temperature range is −20°C to +50°C.
Five listed pockets organise essentials. Front bottle and phone compartments, an accessible lower front pocket and waist pouches provide space for gels, keys, a wallet, sunscreen and other small items. The waist pouch is illustrated at approximately 16.9 × 7.6 cm. Reflective shoulder retainers help secure the drinking tube.
