A good running vest starts with your route and the gear you need to carry. Use this checklist to compare INOXTO options before choosing your size and bundle.
1. Make a kit list before choosing capacity
Lay out your phone, keys, fuel, extra layer and any event-required equipment. Consider where you can refill along the route. Choose storage around that kit rather than distance alone: a remote trail outing can require more equipment than a supported race.
Pack capacity and water capacity are different. The liters in a vest name describe its listed pack capacity; they do not mean that the vest includes that amount of drinking water. Check the reservoir or flask volume separately on the product page.
2. Check fit with your gear loaded
Use the model's sizing information and measure as directed. Load the vest with the equipment you expect to carry, then adjust the available chest and side straps. It should stay close to your body while allowing comfortable breathing. Walk, jog and reach for your pockets to check movement and access.
If sizing information is unclear, ask us before ordering. A “one size” label alone does not tell you whether a vest will fit your chest comfortably.
3. Choose your water setup
- Front flasks: Check that the pockets fit your chosen flask size and that the bottles are included in your selected option.
- Rear reservoir: Check the compatible reservoir size, hose routing and how you will refill it.
- Both: Confirm that the exact model supports both systems and that your selected bundle contains the components you want.
4. Read the selected bundle, not just the photos
“Vest Only” and a hydration bundle can have different contents. Select your color, size and bundle first, then confirm the item list and price. Product photography may show accessories that are sold separately.
