Most INOXTO orders are eligible for free shipping and are generally processed within 1-2business days. If you choose express shipping, please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM MT may be processed on the next business day. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details for all shipping options. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, shipping times may vary and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. During the holiday season, please anticipate possible delays due to increased order volumes.

Returns & Exchanges
At INOXTO, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and further instructions. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
